FAQs
First, check that your timer is plugged in, the outlet has power, and your settings are correct. If your lights still aren’t turning on, check for a tripped GFCI outlet or breaker. Still having trouble? Give our team a call!
Your timer may need a quick adjustment! Power interruptions, daylight saving time, or incorrect settings can affect your lighting schedule. Double check your timer to get things back on track.
Your outdoor lights are designed for seasonal weather conditions! However, heavy rain, snow, or moisture can occasionally trip a GFCI outlet. If your lights stop working after a storm, check your outlet once conditions are safe.
Absolutely! You can adjust your timer to fit your preferred schedule. We recommend setting your lights to automatically turn off when you’re not enjoying them to help conserve energy.
Don’t worry! If you notice a bulb or section of lights isn’t working properly, reach out to the Light Your Night team. We’ll help determine the issue and the best way to get everything shining again.
If severe weather is expected, follow any safety guidance provided by our team. Never handle electrical connections, cords, or outlets in wet or unsafe conditions.
